Comfort in a new dimension thanks to the shape knitted shafts. With the Palmira model, Berkemann presents a particularly sporty styled comfort trainer from the ComfortKnit line. Like all models in this unique line, Palmira has shaped knitted shafts whose advantage lies in the fit, low weight, breathability and excellent skin compatibility. Special highlight of the shafts made in Berkemann 3D Airknit technology: knitted functional zones give the foot support or freedom of movement exactly where it needs it. In addition, all comfortable shoe models of the ComfortKnit line have interchangeable footbeds and are therefore also suitable for wearers of orthopaedic insoles. This Berkemann comfort model features a high-quality dual density sole made of two components. The TPU used for the outsole ensures rubber-like elasticity and anti-slip properties as well as high tear and abrasion resistance. At the same time, the water-driven and thus environmentally friendly PU in the midsole has a cushioning effect by absorbing impact energy. Berkemann comfort shoes are designed and developed in Germany and are also made from European materials at Berkemann's own production facilities in Hungary.
